Spring in My Step — The Urban Cocktail

Can we take a brief moment to discuss this summer shoe perfection?! Funny story about these espadrilles....I was working when a client stopped in wearing them. I instantly fell in love (of course I did) and immediately had tons of spring/summer outfit ideas for them. She really shouldn't have told me that they were from Aldo, considering that store is directly across from my job. Long story short, my break that day consisted of spending money. But seriously they are such a great neutral! The olive green, the suede, the snake print, the lace up detail.....I could go on.

I completely missed my chance at getting myself a bomber jacket this year, considering cold weather lasts about 2.5 seconds in Florida. This little green jacket was my perfect compromise. It's got the bomber jacket look, without the heaviness. It's a very lightweight jacket that could be thrown on over almost anything, and I won't suffer from a heatstroke in the process.
