Off The Shoulder — The Urban Cocktail

We may have just welcomed Spring, but here in Florida it's already summer (most days). Time to bring on those Spring/Summer trends we've all been obsessing over! My most recent obsession? Off the shoulder tops. Anybody can put their own personal twist on them, both for casual and dressy looks. They're also subtly sexy, showing just enough skin. For this particular look, I wanted to be casual and channel a 70s type of vibe.
